The strands are accented with antique turquoise glass beads from Nepal, copper heishi from Ethiopia, antique coral, and Igbo tribe brass pendants. The longest strand features an antique silver amulet from Northern India depicting the Rajasthani folk hero Bhumiya Raj. The necklace fastens with a hand-fabricated macrame clasp featuring an antique coral branch as the toggle. The shortest strand of the necklace measures 12.5cm.
